Nagaji Ancestry

描述
This mod implements the Nagaji Ancestry from Impossible Lands, an ancestry for part snek adventures in Dawnsbury days.

Heritages
  • Hooded Nagaji: Cobra-like Nagaji who can spit acid at their enemies.
  • Sacred Nagaji: Nagaji with the lower body of a snake, making them particularly difficult to topple, due to their superior noodliness.
  • Venomshield Nagaji: Resilient Nagaji that are abnormally resilient to poison.

1st Level Ancestry Feats
  • Cold Minded: Gains benefits against emotion based effects.
  • Nagaji Spell Familiarity: Gain access to the daze cantrip.
  • Water Nagaji: Gain a swim speed.
  • Nagaji Venom Lore (Homebrew): Gain proficiency in bombs, and an extra damage die when throwing poison bombs, once per day.

5th Level Ancestry Feats
  • Hypnotic Lure: Hypnotise an enemy to approach you per the command spell, once per encounter.
  • Nagaji Spell Mysteries: Cast heal or fleet step as a 1st-level innate spell once per day.
  • Skin Split: Clear all fire and acid persistent damage effects by shedding off the affected skin, once per day.
  • Venom Spit: Gain the hooded Nagaji's venomous spit natural weapon attack, or upgrade it to also apply dazzled on a critical hit.

9th Level Ancestry Feats
These cannot currently be selected without the level 20 mod.
  • Envenom Strike: A once per encounter upgrade for nagaji with a poison spit attack, which causes an ally's weapon to deal +2d6 poison damage on its next hit.
  • Serpentcoil Slam: A special once per encounter strike that can ground pesky flying creatures.

Additional Content
  • 3 professionally illustrated portraits as seen on the cover image, and 2 additional variant portraits by the amazing Otoniel Denova. Big thanks to the dev for commissioning these for the mod!
  • 1 not so professionally illustrated portrait, included for legacy reasons ^^ The artists really liked the design and threw in a much better looking glow up for free, so I'd recommend swapping any existing characters over to that one!
  • Blight Bombs, to provide additional poison based options for Nagaji Venom Lore. It currently deals a d8 damage, but only 1 persistent damage, due to engine limitations.
