What's new with this overhaul

All sabres weapons have received a visual update with new meshes made from scratch.

2 new sabres have been added to accompany and compliment the 6 vanilla sabres.

sabres that have been added and their stats:

- Chirikaze

ATTACK/DEFENSE = 0/+4
BLEED MULT = 1.2
BLUNT DMG = 0.1
CUT DMG = 1.25
ARMOR PEN = 0
ROBOT DMG = 1
WEAPON LENGTH = 22
WEAPON WEIGHT = 9kg
HUMAN DMG = 1.15

Longen now has a bodyguard, Yojinken, weilding a meitou longsword.
(stats slightly better than samurai captain)

In order for vanilla base game weapons icons to match their new meshes, the weapon icons must be removed from the icons folder in order for the new ones to generate. Icons are generated in the icons folder, located here:

Kenshi>data>icons

It is recommended that all vanilla base game icons you intend to replace are moved to a backup folder rather than deleted.

More unique blunt weapons are planned to be added. All except select weapons will be integrated in vendor lists and blueprints.

PS: About Warrior Moon

Warrior Moon is a one-man attempt to overhaul Kenshi's aesthetics, flavor, and game-play in a lore friendly manner. Not only is this endeavor to enhance it but also to change the philosophy of how rules work in the mechanics from the lore according to my subjective thoughts.

Next mod will be POLEARMS! :)

@|FANTOM| I can help with that it's fairly easy to revert back,

just copy the folder named 3311451670 this is found in

steam>steamapps>workshop>content> and inside the folder 233860

once you copied 3311451670 paste it into your mods folder in your Kenshi directory
(the same folder as the Kenshi exe)

after you paste it into the mods folder rename the folder the exact same name as the mod

once you've done that you can open it in the fcs and right click the longsword under items>weapons and in the drop down you can revert it to vanilla.

I like the look of the weapons, including this mod, but why did you turn the sword into a Chinese kitchen knife?

I loved the classic shape of the longsword blade

@|_| Clyax tbh, I just couldn't really think of any new weapons to add. I had actually made like 9 complete whole new weapons across all my mods that I ended up scrapping because they didn't feel right for Kenshi, I may release them and more as an "addon" for all these mods once released as an All In One single download mod. :)

I'm surprised there are only new unique sabers. You didn't add any new sabers? I was looking forward to seeing your ideas on what other sabers could be made to compliment the line-up in this game.
