[Fixed] Helicopter Landing Training

All helicopters are unmodified. Mod is super playable and customizable!

Flying offline is very similar to a server, but it's not the sameas playing on server (I can't fix it, its squad thing).

Helicopter landing check is based on 1 of 2 checks:
- Helicopter shows landing indicator
- Altitude (<2m) and velocity (<5knots)

Score evaluation is based on entry speed and landing time.
Best score require minimal speed of 100knots and landing time under 5s.



All rings use same radius, slightly lower score is expected on smaller rings, due to longer landing distance.
