what streamer are you talking about anyways, i didn't know many people streamed this game
Quite simply put, that's called balance. If you get everything in the first 10 minutes of gameplay, then you will destroy the beginning of the game. I did not want the mod to ruin the game, I wanted the mod to cut down the grinding time.
for comparison, it changes from having to grind a thousand dry kids into having to grind like 60 dry kids. If you think that's slower, your loss. Now add on mods like The Grand Arkadian Project, and instead having to grind 40 Dry kids per job you only need to do 1.
Also, bear in mind that the LP you have to grind on the QoL Job actually snowballs and becomes faster and faster. So it's not that much grinding.
If you don't understand, and if you can't see it, Then just don't use the mod, many other people will see it. (I already know one streamer who does see it :) )
But if you focus on the JP Boost it then becomes practically free.
long story short, It's like you demonstrate to the mod "Yes, I know how to grind, now, ease the process."
