描述
Adds various Neonblocks and Equipment!

You can craft everything with the Neon-Replicator crafting station from tier 3 inventors table!

Adds following blocks in black with colorable neon areas:
- Neonbones
- Neonbricks
- Neonfence
- Neon Hi-Tech Block
- Neonpillar
- Neonplatform
- Neonroofing
- Neonrubble
- Neonsand
- Neonslab
- Neonsymbols
- Neon tech panel
- Sloped neon panel
- Smooth panel (not colorable)
- Neon-ooze (liquid)

Also adds dark Headphones and a 2-piece neon-trenchcoat with or without pants.

Liquid still not showing for some reason but yeah; boots to menu are no longer present.
I guess Water is case-sensitive?

aye; i need to think of how i'll use it; there's a neon sea where i need to setup, maybe it might contrast well there and mixed with some of the obsidian furniture blocks, hm...

for a great example, look at the second image, the slimeship has
Foreground: Sloped Neon Panel,
Background: Smooth Panel with
Sloped Neon Tech Panel on edges and
Neonpillar in doorways
and vanilla black glass or [FU] sloped black glass
