Item Black list/ Item Ban mod

Designed by Neb so that players can make a black list that will prevent usage or placement of listed Items. It can be modified for private use. As of now mod only black list the following Items...

1) All factions flags to prevent fast travel. Forces players to have to travel to bases they own.

2) Crystal skull to prevent players from just teleporting back to the last spot they died.

3) All major teleports that can be bought or crafted.
