"Witchway" Enviro 400 - Double Decker Electric Bus

The Witchway (number X43) is an express bus route between Manchester, Rawtenstall and Burnley in the North of England, operated by successful bus operator Transdev Blazefield. In 2020, it received a fleet of new Enviro 400 MMC double deckers, kitted out to "Sky Class" specification, with luxurious interiors and a striking orange and black livery. In real life, the buses are diesel, but in game the vehicle has been modelled as electric, similar to route 36's new electric Sky Class buses, which are otherwise very similar.

In 2020, the route operated every 15 minutes along the M66 motorway, but this has sadly been cut back to every 20 minutes following cuts in Government funding. However, where one funding source dries up, another appears, and this vehicle is depicted with promotional branding for the £2 fare cap, that limits single fares in England to just £2.
