SS Newport (Sinkable)

Built in 1899, the SS Newport was a small transatlantic ocean liner renowned for its luxury saloon class spaces and reliability. In 1919, the newly founded company Eclipse Shipping bought the vessel off of its original owners. They would operate the vessel for many years, making them more than sufficient income until one fateful day in 1944, the vessel was torpedoed in the North Atlantic ocean and sunk. It is very likely that, if not for the success of this vessel, Eclipse Shipping would not be where it is today.


To start, head down to the engine room located on the orlop deck towards the stern. Press the ignite button on the boiler. Give it a minute or two to heat up enough to generate steam and head up to the wheelhouse. On the control handle on the helm, press W/S to set the telegraph up/down.


To sink, simply press hotkey 6 when in the control handle on the helm.
