This is the temporary update for 1.9.*. Please report any bug you found so that I can fix it as soon as possible.
All rights reserved by @Rabbit Burgher , the original author.
My thanks for @Greasy, for his/her contribution of maintaining 1.8 for this mod.
Low-skilled jobs such as laborers, mechanics, farmers, and clerks are expected to be reduced.

It seems to somehow prevent the construction of artillery foundries in 1.10.

If you were able to update it, that'd be great.
