Non-Eltharion high elves are allowed to Mistwalkers building.

My other mod, 'Landmark Unlocked' allows you to hire Mistwalkers at Tor Yvresse settlement (like Eltharion).

The reason for separating the two mods
in this mod, all High Elves factions can hire Mistwalkers,
but in Landmark Unlocked mod, only the faction that has occupied the Tor Yvresse settlement can hire Mistwalkers.

Only allows me to build mistwalker building outside of Tor Yvress.

Dragon Princess?? is a mod unit?
This mod only modifies 3 lines that restrict faction in Mistwalkers Building.
It has nothing to do with recruiting units.
