Unlocks the landmark's faction restrictions and allows it to same race.

This mod is based on Singe's Selected de-Unique'd Uniques mod.

The other mod let's me build the special chain for my settlements except Tor Yvress. This mod reduces Tor Yvress to a single slot settlement with no special building.

Most landmarks are race-based. Otherwise, AI will build buildings that are useless to them.
