Beta-style Font

It's like its 2014 again! This mod changes the game's font to resemble the one Starbound used in the Enraged Koala beta (and earlier!), 04b03 by 04, while retaining compatibility with newer characters and the Starbound-specific characters in the Hobo font.

Some special characters are either unchanged (such as the special emojis) or aren't perfectly aligned to the pixel grid (such as some Cyrillic characters for legibility) but I don't really think that's a problem with this game anyway.

Obviously won't work with other mods that change the font, but I don't think there's a reason to install more than one of those.
