Oranje Blanje Blou (OBB) Patch

This mod adds the old flag of South Africa, known as the 'OBB'. It was known as the 'OBB' because the name of it in Afrikaans was 'Oranje, Blanje, Blou'. The 'OBB' was the flag of South Africa from 1928-1994.
