描述
It's exactly what you think it is, a quality-of-life server script to get on brush ladders (func_ladder) going downwards with ease, and should've been in base game since forever.
Works for any gamemode, TTT, Sandbox, DarkRP, what have you.
Just subscribe and it'll do what it needs to do
Does not include L4D/2 ladders being fixed because they're either not implemented or implemented incorrectly in gmod and I don't know which one it is

Now it works! Problem was on my end, but still don't know why. Redid all steps, also unsubscribed, making sure the addon got deleted in Workshop folder, and resubscribed. Didn't disable/enable other addons that I had before.
Freya, addon ladder mechanics shown in the de_nuke GIF wouldn't work for me. Ladders would behave like normal unmodified ladders when trying to go down. Addon worked for weeks but suddenly stopped working. Now it's working and the difference is clear!

man its gonna be so funny if its about simple holster's holstering functionality in ladders

I wonder Rytis, what do you think this addon is supposed to do? Because, this is just so that your character tries to get into downwards ladders when moving forward towards a cliff. Because if you think this addon is about animations or other kind of fixes, then you are probably confusing this with another addon's functionality.

Thank you for instructions. Verifying game files resulted in 1 file failed to validate, but sadly didn't help along with disabling all addons and -noaddons launch option. Never had issues that needed a reinstall, but might try this option later...
Maybe someone else can confirm if addon is working for them?

Damn, alright. Thanks for checking. Could've sworn worked last week. Ladders suck again now :(
