Press Windows + R, paste the path from the comment below, and cut paste the whole mod, that should be enough

Not sure how to do that, I assumed you would push the patch onto a new version, but if you won't I'll just patch the file manually if the problem presents itself again.

Probably a mod you have added that modifies stuffproperties, but at least its fixed for you now, now i just would move the mod with the change to the rimworld local mods, to prevent the change being removed when steam does its things

Still not sure why it worked for you even before this patch, or at least that's what I gathered from our exchange. At any rate, thank you very much for your attention to my issue.

yep, you dont need a new file, just paste that after the last </Operation> and before </Patch>

Pardon my ignorance, which file should I add that snippet to? Or do I have to create a new file somewhere and if so, which path and which name?
