This mod requires REPENTOGON. It uses a newer Repentogon API that properly supports Guppy's Eye.

The room before Mother will contain 4 golden chests with treasure room items inside. If you have The Left Hand trinket then you'll get devil room items instead, and have to pay for them.

It's from antibirth, but wasn't included by default in repentance.

Yeah, it should work. Because of how that room loads in I just check for the room rather than the level, so it didn't need a mortis-specific patch like some of my other mods.
