(which could explain the mysterious negative ratings? people think the mod stops bio division and etc from spawning in most missions, they subscribe to it, then start a campaign and bio division are still showing up all the time).
Will drop it from my list for now, until I hear some clarification on what this mod is actually supposed to do/how to use it, but I won't be one of those people downvoting it :).
What do these do specifically?

my best guess based on the below (and your mod description saying it removes bio division from non sitreps)
+SpawnModifications=(UnitTemplate="AdvBioCaptainM1", TargetList="SKV_DefaultNoTerror", ModType=ESMT_Remove)
is that ESMT_Remove means it removes the unit from the target list, and the SKV_DefaultnoTerror is the list for units in regular missions (I am guessing non-terror missions specifically?)
Am I correct? that would mean Muton Harrier Captains show up in terror missions and sitreps only, and Celatid Grubs show up in sitreps only?
Also, do Celatids show up in Bio Division sitreps in these settings?
removed frpm almost all non-sitrep lists

I thought it might be [WOTC] Multiple Sitreps 2.0: Guaranteed & Categories or Multiple Faction Soldier Classes but ive removed them both just to test it and still get the error. (also tried it without MOCX)
