Adds a brand new category specifically for managing the environment and moves all associated buildings there.

You're going to hate me at this rate, but it turns out the <match> node is case-sensitive and it doesn't like it being capitalized as <Match>. I thought maybe it would have still run the patch in spite of that, but when I started a colony to check, the condition causers are still under Temperature instead of Environment.

Hey ferny. Seems like that patch for Reinforced Mechanoids 2 is still broken. You changed the operation nodes to match nodes, but left them nested inside the existing match nodes.
