F3A Sealance

DESCRIPTION

The F3A Sealance is a carrier based interceptor designed to perform long range fleet air defense. While the A9F is a competent fighter, it lacks the speed and range to intercept high speed bombers using standoff range weapons. As such the F3A is designed around speed and air-to-air capabilities with twin afterburning turbofan engines as well as an internal weapons bay for SRAAMs. The Sealance is a formidable dogfighter and well liked by aircrews thanks to it's speed and maneuverability.

This aircraft features 4 RM-16 SRAAMs housed in an internal weapons bay as well as 2 external hard points, 2x 20mm cannons w/ 200 rounds out the aircraft's armament.

- Turn on Engine Ignition
