Baby Don't You Lie to Me!

Features:
  • Changes the voice response of merc's good hit chance from > 20 to > 70
  • Changes the voice response of merc's bad hit chance from < 20 to < 30
Mechanics
  • When the merc take aim he also have a voice response saying if it's a good or bad chance, between 30 and 70 they won't say nothing but at least they will stop lying that at 22% they can hit blindfolded and tied up, maybe tied up but not bindfolded.

i've had situations (seen with the ShowChanceToHit) where the chance before aiming was 12%, says it's impossible, I aim it and there's now 97% :D so the whole thing is a bit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ indeed

I didn't know that vanilla good hit chance is just >20. If that's the case, then that's really an odd take by the devs for a "good hit chance." lol
