Starlo's hat can be crafted at the tier 1 spinning wheel by Novakids for 5 fabric, and Starlo's head can be found in treasure chests across the galaxy. Both items are fully functional with vanilla dyes, and the Starlo head item works with Futaradragon's full-bright shader.

If you wish to spawn the items in, the Starlo hat's object name is "starlohat" and the Starlo's head object is "starlohead" .
