描述
Trouble figuring out the best system to build your Arc Furnace or Dyson Swarm in while playing Stellaris: The Machine Age? This mod will help!

Mod Effects:
Adds an "Ideal System Locator" decision to your capital planet once you've unlocked the ability to build one of the supported megastructures or starbase buildings. This creates an event pop-up with options to search for the following:
  • Minor Megastructure Notification Settings: Options to enable notifications for when you build/upgrade a Hyper Relay, Arc Furnace, or Dyson Swarm
  • Arc Furnace: The top 5 systems you own which will get the most deposits added if you build an Arc Furnace in them.
  • Dyson Swarm: Up to 7 stars with the largest energy or research deposits for a Dyson Swarm, plus the star with the largest deposit of each other resource if you own a star with it. (Note: Due to scripting limitations, this function is only capable of evaluating deposits that exist in the base game. If you're running a mod that adds larger star deposits, it won't see them.)
  • Central Habitat Complex: Up to 8 systems which will get the most districts of various types if you build a habitat in them. (Note: Due to scripting limitations, this function is only capable of evaluating deposits that exist in the base game. If you're running a mod that adds special orbital deposits, it won't see them.)
  • Nanite Harvester: The top 5 systems you own which will get the most deposits added if you build a Nanite Harvester in them. (Note that this is not necessarily the same as the ones that will produce the most nanites/ships when they reach full potential.)
  • Ice Mining Station: The top 5 systems you own which will support the most Expand Planetary Sea decisions if you build an Ice Mining Station in them.
  • Quantum Catapult: The 5 systems you own closest to your capital that you can build a Quantum Catapult in.

Exactly which system is the best may still partially depend on what deposits they already have, but this makes finding your top contenders much easier.




This mod is a simple quality-of-life utility with no gameplay changes or script overwrites, so it should be compatible with all other mods (unless they change how any of these structures work). It can also be safely added to, or removed from, ongoing games.

This mod is not* achievement-compatible. *(At least not while enabled, but since it only evaluates systems without changing anything you can copy the save and load the game with the mod, check your systems, and then exit and reload with the mod disabled again if you're willing to fiddle with save files.)

All translations are MTL.

Ideally, only Wormholes that the player is aware of, but which have not yet been explored.

And the root of the problem is that they're cumbersome to find with manual search, because they're only visible when you zoom in quite close.

@Peter34 unexplored wormholes is a good idea, especially since the game hides them from the galaxy map if you don't have them in sensor range and haven't surveyed their system!

While we're wish lishing things, I'd love if this game could help me find unexplored Wormholes. It's really annyoing, having to scan manually for these, the entire galaxy, while zoomed far in so that they're actually visible...

I second the request for Pyroclastic.. Sometimes it's nice if you have a system with like 3 or 4 of those, to get some more EC income, but they're silly hard to find, so I only really find them in systems that already have Arc Furnaces, and that's... often only 2 of those planets (Molten Worlds, IIRC).

Thanks for the mod again. Is it possible to add 2 more sections?
1) Starbase build has "Pyroclastic Resonator", more molten worlds has system - more output it produces.
Request is to show your systems with most molten worlds count.
2) New fire crisis. Another starbase building to get more crisis resource "Gravitational Centrifuge ". It can be installed in black hole, double and triple star systems (wiki is lying about Pulsars).
Request is show a list of your black hole/double star/triple star system without starbase, so we don't look for this sytem like we do for Quantum Catapult.

I hope to use this good QoL mod in a nice long game session over the holiday season.

This is a long shot, but the Mindwarden Origin has one outcome be the relic: The Dreamer, which allows you to terraform Shrouded Worlds and also spawns 1-3 within your territory. Finding these (or other, if it works on other shrouded worlds) is a gargantuan pain when it might take 10 or 20 years between to get them and borders expand in that time. Any chance shrouded worlds can be located if one has that relic?
