History/Lore:

The S.S Castle Town, a luxurious steamer launched in 1899, was the pride and joy of the White Funnels line. With its One class to happy passengers, it sailed the seas as the flagship of the fleet. The opulence of the first-class accommodations made it a favorite among travelers seeking a memorable voyage.

However, tragedy struck on the early morning of November 3rd. As the ship navigated through treacherous waters, it struck a hidden rock, causing irreparable damage to its hull. Despite the valiant efforts of the crew to launch lifeboats, panic ensued among the passengers. Many hesitated to board the lifeboats, feeling safer on the familiar decks of the sinking ship.

As the water breached the lower decks and reached the boiler room, a catastrophic explosion rocked the vessel. The force of the blast accelerated the sinking process, plunging the once majestic S.S Castle Town into the depths of the ocean.
