UPDATED to 1.8.7!!!

Bringing some Flavor into the game by adding Formable & Releasable Nations with unique journal entries, decisions, events and government types.

_________________________________________

Releasable Nations:
- Emirate of Granada (from Spain or GB)

- Empire of Rum (from Ottomans)

- Beylik of Karaman (from Ottomans or Egypt)

- Kingdom of Jerusalem (from Egypt)


Formable Nations:
- Al-Andalus (can be formed from granada*)

- Umayyad Caliphate (can be formed with bedouin culture)

- Parthian Empire (can be formed with persian culture*)(disabled for now)

- Carpathia (can be formed with romanian culture)

- Holy Empire of Heaven (can be formed with Jerusalem)

- Tartarian Empire (can be formed with tatar culture)
( Idel-Ural, Crimea or Tatarstan releasable from Russia )


*everywhere you see this star means u need nationalism

Monuments:
- Umayyad Mosque in Syria (disabled)



Unique Government Types:
- Sultan (in > Rum)

- Caliph (in > Granada, Al-Andalus, Umayyad Caliphate)

- Heavenly King (in > Jerusalem, Empire of Heaven)

- Bey (in > Karaman)

- Shah (in > Parthia)


Journal entries, events & decisions for:
- Emirate of Granada
- Parthian Empire(disabled)
- Kingdom of Jerusalem
- Tartarian Empire


New Cultures:
- Andalusian > (granada, al-andalus)

- Latin > (kingdom of jerusalem, empire of heaven)


Note:
- If you play as a nation with a new culture look into decisions before start playing!

Like @N01CurryClassEnjoyer, I also encountered a blank event to pop up. I do have about 31 mods, but I don't know what other mods that conflicted with this one. When I opened the event pop up in debug mode, it pointed me to andalus_event. Can't get rid of this pop up, because it doesn't have any choices to click on it.

I really like the idea of releasing Al-Andalus as a part of the Ottoman Empire, so I'd really like to play with this mod.

pretty sure this mod causes blank events to pop up, and they keep poping up. it it isn't this mod please ignore.

Looks great!

Can you add which tags form which tags in the description of the mod?

I have some suggestions for releaseables: Karaman, Rum, Macedon

And some for formables: Roman Ottomans(with Greek and some other balkan cultures as acceptable cultures)
