Updated for 1.10

Save game compatible!

Adds an event that fires after you successfully enforce a Liberate Country war goal, allowing you to choose whether they shall remain free or become a subject type of your choosing, with an appropriate infamy cost.

Also makes these released countries inherit your laws, not the laws of the country they were forcibly released from.

AI will always choose the independence option. I might change this if there’s demand for it.

For the pls update crowd: the mod works. The triangle you get is because the metadata.json file has an older version of Vicky 3 listed. That's it. The rest of the code works *just fine* in 1.11.0, so just accept the triangle and enjoy the mod.

Please, let the AI stay to not always choose the independence option. It's only fair and doesn't feel like a cheat. To be honest, it is also logical. War liberators often make conditions on countries they've liberated.

Does it change laws to my country's? I tried it today and it didn't seem to do that. It could be a mod conflict, so I wanted to check if that feature is still in the mod
