Industry Realism + PEC Compatch

Thanks for the report. Not sure how that got out of sync, but it should be fixed now.

To add about the conflict below it only happens with the PE changes mod enabled with industry realism. The IR mod works fine on its own and just has automotive industries and there is no automobile factory, but combined it has both.

There seems to be some conflict or bug with this patch as it has 2 building functions for automobiles.
Under the tech, combustion engines, it has an unlock written as building_automobile_factories when it also has automotive industries which does the same thing and in the building menu it shows the same thing. I noticed this when vehicles started showing up in the trade market in the early 1840s which shouldnt happen and seems to unlock for the UI without tech combustion engines.

You're right, it's because of my mod list, specifically the fact that some mods didn't update automatically. Not related to this mod, thanks.

@Mad Cube I loaded a vanilla game and saw the same buildings, pop, and such as with this mod loaded. Do you have other mods you're using? Map mods, in particular, can leave blank spaces on maps after major updates.

@Mad Cube {~w~} I'm not seeing the same issue you are reporting, Russia appears to be the same with these three mods enabled as it is in the base game. Can you report any specific states where you are seeing this issue, and also verify you have no other mods that may be causing this?

When I use this + PEC, I get vast swaths of Russia being empty? Like the country is half populated, and half of the other regions are in no colour, with no description when I hover over them
