🔹36 New Traditions 🕯️

🔹42 New Men-at-Arms (MAA) ⚔️
⚠️Important Note: These Buildings and Men-at-Arms necessitate specific traditions to be usable.

This Mod Is Available In Two Versions.
  • ⚙️ You can select your preferred version in the "Game Rules" menu before starting a game.

  • 🔮 Fantasy Version (Main): All Traditions, MAA, and Building bonuses are exactly as seen in the Steam Workshop Images. This is the intended, powerful experience.

  • ⚖️ Vanilla Version (Optional): Designed for balance. Many bonuses for Traditions, MAA, and Buildings are reduced by 15% (up to 50% for some traditions) compared to the Fantasy Version. This aligns the stats closer to the standard Crusader Kings 3 power level.

Can the AI Choose Traditions From This Mod?
  • 🚫No, the AI is unable to select Traditions from this mod; only the player can do so. However, when you choose a tradition, all AI rulers of the same culture will gain the same bonuses and unique Men-at-Arms (MAA) as you. This is a core design choice and will remain unchanged.

Building Construction
  • 🤖 AI Rulers: The AI can only construct Common Buildings, They cannot construct the specialized Duchy Buildings from this mod.

  • 👪 Players: The specialized Duchy Buildings are exclusively available to the player.

  • ⚠️Compatibility Note: While Common Buildings may conflict with other mods that alter the 00_holdings file, the specialized Duchy Buildings remain unaffected by those same changes and will always work.

Compatibility
  • Generally, this mod is very lightweight and should be compatible with most other mods.

  • ⚠️Important Note: Following the update that added new buildings, this mod now modifies the 00_holdings file. Consequently, it will conflict with other mods that alter this same file.

  • If you encounter issues or need a compatibility patch for a specific mod, please let me know in the comments!

Regarding language support, I am unsure if a Korean translation is currently possible. Most translations for this mod come from separate, community-created submods, and I rely on them for support in non-English languages.

However, I will try asking my Korean friends about this in the future, though I cannot guarantee anything. If you or anyone in the community is interested in creating a translation submod, please feel free to do so!

Short answer: No, this mods doesn't have any Samurai or even Asian Warrior Monk, and the traditions clearly explain the Buffs/MAA/Buildings you'll get. You can easily check by simply looking at the MAA you are questioning and the traditions you have. Are they the same?

From what you said " You access to Samurai MAA and a special unit from Europe " then I think you might mean the original MAA from CK3 or Retinue since my mods doesn't have Samurai and most likely you have another mods that gives you access to them or add those MAA.

Question does this add Samurai MAA? I am trying to figure out why my Papuan play suddenly has acces to Samurai MAA and a special unit from Europe 😅

I mentioned that certain aspects are exclusive to players, but that's not entirely true. The actual reason I prohibit AI and bots from performing the same actions as players is to shield players from the imbalances in my design. Certain elements in this mods are overly powerful, Especially in Fantasy Version, and in the possession of AI, they could overpower players. I hope this helps you understand me.

It would be great if the ai could do everything that the player can do. Honestly one of the reasons I had not picked this up earlier. Great mod. Much love bro.

I can certainly accomplish that, but you might not notice any change. This is because AI is programmed to prioritize the value and feasibility of construction. They do not grasp the concept of building bonuses. It’s more likely that they would opt to build a structure costing 500 gold rather than one that costs 3500 gold. To summarize, they won't hold back 3500 gold to create a building that offers a significant advantage. An additional factor to think about is that if they are in a rebellious state, you may choose to avoid laying siege to a castle with a Fort Level of 50 or more and a garrison of over 10000:deadskull:. However, if you have wealth, you can turn into a charitable person by constructing buildings for they. :ws_teehee:
