黑奴文化

描述
一个轻量化的mod，旨在提升游戏性和史实，同时部分优化了人群碎片。现在在游戏开始后通过奴隶贸易购买到的黑奴不再保留原有的文化，而是会并入本国已有的黑奴文化，以模拟奴隶被强行剥夺身份认同并学习新语言。

加入四种新文化：
非裔西语美利坚（在美洲大陆的西语非洲人）
非裔阿拉伯（在阿拉伯世界的阿拉伯语黑奴）
非裔伊朗（波斯的波斯语黑奴）
非裔菲律宾

每月，或是奴隶贸易被废止的那一刻，所有奴隶都会被转化成对应的黑奴文化（包含原版的非裔美利坚和非裔巴西等等）。可以优化人群碎片，也让你可以仅用文化排斥法律就接纳国内的所有前奴隶群体。这也代表如果他们在当地有文化本土（比方说巴西），则不会被同化成欧洲传承的文化。（目前还不能创建新的文化本土，但未来可能会更新）

已知问题：该mod无法100%起效，因为有些被买入的奴隶会即刻失业，随后被转化成劳工等其它职业，而这里的同化功能只针对奴隶起效。以后可能会修复。

The whole slavery system doesn't work anymore when this mod is on. Hope it gets updated soon.

if i play as new africa and import slaves to boost african american population, they dont assimilate into african american but keep their old culture.

这个mod是怎么实现的呀？我想做一个殖民地相关的mod，殖民之后会生成被殖民地区传承说殖民者语言的新pop，不知道该从哪几个文件去修改呢？谢谢
