An attempted patch between the Felin mod and the Galaxy in Conflict mod.

Currently adds two statuses: Traveler's Training, which reduces misfire chance, and Hunter's Spirit, which increases mobility, healing, and power (very slightly) when bloodsoaked.

Eventually hope to add the GiC starter items to the felin when using their alternate start mod but I can't seem to figure out how.
