You should probably read Black Eagle's level creation guide, if you want to create more maps in the future.

Now open caduceus again, and at the top of the editor you'll see a small green K icon, click that, this will open "kismet." you should see some functions for a trigger volume and whatnot. in that grey box press Ctrl-Alt-Left Click and drag to encompass that whole function. Ctrl-C to copy, now open your level again, click that little green K again, and Ctrl-V to paste that function into your level's kismet. and finally your incinerator should actually work.

Also the incinerator doesn't work at all. You need to copy an actual functional incinerator from an official map. So open an official map, in the editor, click "File, Open.." official maps are stored under Viscera>UDKGame>Content>Viscera>Maps>and just pick caduceus. Now in the level, look for the incinerator. select the mesh itself, by just clicking it. Now orient the camera into the incinerator, and grab the thin green brush inside it and the big S light source too, you can select multiple things by Ctrl-Left Clicking objects. Ctrl-C to copy that, open your map, paste it in with Ctrl-V.

Strange map... also you didn't place the map file in the correct location, so it doesn't appear in the work list in game. It's placed in steamapps/common/Viscera, you didn't create the correct folder structure. Create a folder, try to avoid putting on OneDrive, since that can cause issues, name it "Makima" or whatever and setup the file structure like this: UDKGame>Content>Mods>MakimaStuff>put the .udk file here. you also need to create .int and .ini files
When you go to upload the map, select Makima as the root folder. Also read BlackEagle's guide to uploading items to the workshop. Might help. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1587473742
