Pokemon Shinx Monsters

Silly little Pokémon mod that uses Voltip code to add Shinx. Voltip still exist, there's just also Shinx now.
The sprite is a little janky cause I did this in one sitting in the span of a couple hours, but I enjoyed making it, so that's what matters!

Shinies can be caught at any HP, but have a 0.5% chance of spawning. You can use /spawnmonster shinyshinx to get them without the RNG, though!

This mod has no dependencies and should be compatible with anything.
