Multiplayer wont work correctly

This is more of a mod to Penumbra. Find Penumbra Night Vision in you map list to play it! This adds a night vision mode you can activate with N to the map penumbra to make playing it easier without just lighting the map up or a flashlight. Night vision will help in the dark but make light areas harder to see.

Night vision is accomplished by adding colored outlines similar to borderland's effects and lighting up the screens colors to 20 and green to around 40. Also adds some grain and a custom scan lines effect material. If you want to use the effect for your own map just ask me and ill help you add it in!

This might reset custom configs not sure why, and also try to turn off before leaving as if you don't the effect might follow.

Stats are the same as default penumbra.
