描述

Designed for Victoria 3: Version 1.6.2 (and onwards)
Mod Version V1.0
Please consider rating this if you like it! It really helps out.

Use with a new save for safety. Old saves may work only if they're not *too* old.

As a spin-off from my Sokoto Identity Pack this adds a decision available to Rwanda that, if they've somehow managed to unify the nations of the Great Lakes, allows them to pick between two paths to make a bid for becoming a noteworthy regional player.

The decision also requires the Colonisation technology, but it comes with a free law change!

This is so lightweight that it should really never be at risk of breaking unless they remove Rwanda from the game, or rename the states in that region.

Why?
Because I have been a little obsessed over East Africa lately and wanted to try something.

I love this mod but i feel like there is one major problem i find with playing Rwanda here.
The fact that Tanganyika is split between your capital region makes it nigh impossible to colonise as your population in your capital province counts against what you need to colonise it. sorry i'm not the best at wording it.
I don't really know mods very well and i don't know whether this would be possible but i think if it'd be possible to split the centralised nations into a new Rwanda province then this would solve this.

Thank you! It’s a slow process for me but there are a couple things on my to-do list.

Such a great idea, thanks Grey! Any new Africa content you have in your head is welcome!
