810-M Mining Excavator

The 810-M is a medium weight, diesel powered mining excavator designed for intermittent use such as for coal and uranium mining, although it is still able to pull it's weight in for-profit aluminum and iron mining as well. Transportation to the mine site is facilitated by MCS/ISO rail car or the CLI Superheavy Transport Trailer paired with any SIBTaT tractor.

-] Forced induction air cooling allows operation in thermally hostile environments such as near nuclear fueled equipment where radiators may fail.

-] Variable Drill RPS and on-demand power production allows fuel waste to be reduced.

-] Long reach boom minimizes off-task time and allows access to hard to reach ore deposits.

-] Combination of electric and sliding connectors allows for direct mounting to trailers or flatbed train cars.

Operation:
1. Enter operator cabin.
2. Start powerplant using Ignition flip switch.
3. Turn on displays using Display Power flip switch on upper control panel.
4. Turn on cabin interior light using Overhead Light flip switch on upper control panel.
5. Turn on Work Lights or Warning Lights as necessary using flip switches on lower control panel.
6. Hold up or down arrow buttons on lower control panel to set desired drill power.

7. Maneuver drill assembly to target ore deposit(s) in Work Mode.
7a. W/S to raise and lower boom.
7b. UP/DOWN to send away or draw back drill assembly.
7c. A/D (Slow) or LEFT/RIGHT (Fast) to rotate body and boom.
7d. Hold Trigger to begin drilling.
8. Position drill assembly over desired container and press Hotkey 1 to automatically empty bucket.

9. Drive to next target ore deposit by using Hotkey 2 to switch to Move Mode.
9a. W/S to drive forward/backward relative to main body.
9b. A/D to rotate tracks left/right.
9c. LEFT/RIGHT to rotate body and boom.

10. Return to Work Mode using Hotkey 2 and repeat steps 7-10 until all ore has been depleted.
