You have to ensure that proper voice packages for your language are installed in Windows speech settings

With this plugin unvoiced, or optionally all in-game dialogues, will be read with Windows Narrator.

Default config:

w jaki sposób można się dostać do tego "VoiceVolume=-1" chciałbym podgłośnić

This plugin's settings menu supports german, russian, polish and english, for any other language it should display it in english.
You can change it in SystemPack.ini, just change Language in [CORE] section to ENG or something else (languages supported by union: RUS, ENG, GER / DEU, POL, ROU, ITA, CZE, ESP)
