[RT56 Patch] Better Mechanics: Resource Wars

Greetings!
This is a submod for the beautiful mod "Better Mechanics : Resource Wars" by Amine Alkaline. It is a patch that allows the player to play the mod The Road to 56. Nothing else is required.
All it does it to adjust the interface GUI so we can build again Steel Mills, Aluminum Mills and Rubber Refinery. Other files weren't touched

You need both mods for this to work
