Adds a button to toggle between a fluttering flag introduced in Patch 1.6 and a stationary flag.




This was originally a UI feature from Waifu Britannica, however I decided to release a standalone version for those interested in its little novelty.

Modders are free to use the code from this mod.


Mods that also edit the country panel UI, such as Victorian Flavor Mod or GDP Ownership Display, are not compatible with this mod.
