gun velocity finder (mostly for railguns)

space map only, spawn at editor
turn off vsync, test at desired fps
always add 1 frame time's worth to BLUE SWITCH

subtract the amount of frame time it takes for railgun to fire upon activation to BLUE SWITCH
you can see how many frames it takes for a railgun to fire by looking at vehicle ammo (or projectile cam) and having your fps at 1 while counting each frame

keep in mind railguns will change in projectile velocity at different fps. fps reader controlled railguns also change in velocity but much less.
and guns that are too fast wont activate the timer
