7 frames to fire
~2.25km/s or ~2.35km/s at 60 fps (varies a bit depending on FPS)

for velocity finder blue switch:
-0.1 at 60 fps, -0.2 at 30 fps, etc

on some occasions velocity will change without explanation, I'm not sure why

I think it could be due the railgun's firing system acting differently on the first few shots, and/or editor-respawning
