MA P'ktal, Coming of the Tso v1.0

Having no means of returning to their homeworld, the neogi of P'ktal had no choice but to settle permanently on this world. With the slow decline of the pale ones, the primary slaves of the neogi, and the disappearance of several umber hulk strains, the neogi became weak. While Agarthan humans gathered armies to put an end to P'ktal's existence, a sudden invasion from within brought both new cruel rulers and salvation from other enemies. The tso, an extraplanar race not unlike the neogi, have arrived in large numbers from the Outer Planes, bringing with them throngs of exotic slaves and constructs. The tso had an inborn hatred for the inferior neogi, and so the neogi slavemasters became enslaved themselves.
