TFAR Scribbles

The purpose of the mod is to allow players to better track different radio frequencies during an operation. This is achieved via a new UI for most TFAR radios. All backpack radios and hand held sets 152, 148, Fadak have the new interface.

In the new UI is a list of current radio channel frequencies (updated automatically without player input), and space for users to write their own notes about the channels. Written scribbles are tracked individually for each radio item and for each vehicle with an inbuilt radio.

Default scribbles set to an object/group via 3den attributes will overwrite side specific defaults set via addon-options.
