Added a Kofi account in case someone is interested in tipping. Also planning to do commissions through that eventually but am sorting that through Discord for the time being: https://ko-fi.com/sturm67936

This mod is a port of the dom5 Vanilla sprite overhaul and changes over 3000 sprites to be more distinct and colorful. It will be updated with the new nations and summons within the coming months. Any feedback on inaccurate equipment on units would be greatly appreciated!

In case you would like to use my sprites for your own mods I'd greatly appreciate if you'd ask me about it and gave credit for it. I also take commissions for this stuff in case you're interested. Just to add another thank you for your incredible work on this. The sprites are stunning, flavorful, and consistent with the lore and historical/mythological inspirations.

Are you saying this looks worse than it does in vanilla or the other way around? That aside though i didn't really change the iconography of Marignon much, their knights already have a chalice on their shield in vanilla..

Why they chose to make all the sprites look a thousand times worse is beyond me. It is a downgrade, if it wasn't it wouldn't be one of the most downloaded mod. Just look at Marignon. What a massive downgrade in quality, this was the major reason for which I changed over, the knights look terrible in the new version and so do the priests. I understand wanting to get rid of the historical vibe with the crosses and the priests but making something which was awesome into cringe is not the way to do it, lol.

@Black Rabbit you can create sprites for this with basically any image editing program like drawpile, gimp, aseprite, etc. You can have a look at the dominions 6 modding manual to see how that is implemented, or just open up this mod and check the DM file.

am not gonna lie...i just randomly subscribed to this randomly. I don't really care that much how most units looks but the first game i booted up with the new sprites i was like "wow" (Ma aphodel) they are beautiful. thanks for the mod
