Less Restricted Weapon Skills

Adds one usable weapon to most weapon-restricted skills, based on the job the skill is from.. I appreciate the developer, River Running Games, providing a mod to remove all weapon restrictions as soon as the Workshop became available, but for me I don't mind the existence of weapon restrictions, so this mod is essentially a lighter version of that one.

The weapons added include:
Rapiers and Swords for Rogues.
Katanas for Fencers and Ninjas, and Swords for Samurai.
Spears for Monks.
Daggers for Beastmasters and Hunters (think of them as throwing knives).
Axes for Reapers and Beatsmiths.
Bows for Valkyries.
And a huge variety, including Bows and Staves, for Assassins.
