If you wanna learn, you gotta do these:
1. Extract textures and models from the old game. Use a Unity extractor to find the files.
2. Open the models in Blender, and add their textures. Adjust the weapons so they fit in their hands.
4. Rig them. Use Mixamo or rig on your own.
3. Animate them. You need these repeating animations: Walk, Run, Attack, Death.
4. Optimize the models so they won't lag your game too much.
5. Import your animated model to Unity, where you can follow the dev's Workshop instructions.
6. Get the dev's modtool and apply it to the model.
7. Export the model and use the dev's upload tool to upload the mod.
