Replaces the defibrillator with the taser from CS2.

First person animation is a very poorly qc-command edited R8 revolver
Now the first person model uses the animation from this.

I changed the sound after i made the preview video.

Use it with ChimiChamo's "Use Defibrillator as a Weapon."
Use it with my sad reupload of an edited version of ChimiChamo's "Use Defibrillator as a Weapon."[drive.google.com] I am so sad.
