Use Defibrillator as Weapon

描述
A script that allows you to use a defibrillator as a once-only weapon. Simply get close to what you want to attack and left click. They'll be temporarily stunned and fill then take damage(default 1000).

Local/dedicated server only

Cool in tank run. You can set damage to 6000 and now you have a one-time use weapon to insta-kill a tank.

I found out, very hilariously, that the bots can use this.

Mod idea: how about a mod next where you can revive dead special infecteds back by using defib, if its possible to make? It would be so hilarious :D
