My own extensive edit of Enhanced Citizens V2 with some stuff from later revisions backported, and fixed flexes and more stiff ragdoll physics for gameplay, more vanilla styled bodygroups, more in the quality of HL2 in terms of consistency.

This is a Helix/Nutscript offshoot of the original addon by request, basically these use NPC animations instead of traditional player animations for alternate RP frameworks.
