I will take this down once the actual creator of this uploads this to the Steam Workshop. All credit goes to the original creator of this addon.
And yes, I know it's against the rules to upload something you didn't make.
These aren't NPCs by the way, though you can turn them into NPCs by following a simple procedure:

1. Get Model Manipulator.
2. Spawn a ragdoll and a Rebel NPC.
3. Right click on the ragdoll with the tool out.
4. Left click on the NPC with the tool out.
And then you have an NPC.

This has bodygroups.
