Rally Round the King + Visual Leaders Compatch

Exactly what it says on the tin: this is a compatibility mod for Rally Round the King and Visual Leaders.

Specifically, this merges a GUI file that both mods attempt to overwrite. It also adds minor changes to RRK to take advantage of the extra displaying of IGs to indicate which IG has the Head of Government, when applicable.

This mod (RRK+VL) MUST load AFTER (i.e. be placed closer towards the bottom in your playset than) the original RRK and VL mods.

A sample valid loading order would be:
• Rally Round the King
• Visual Leaders
• Rally Round the King + Visual Leaders Compatch

RRK and VL should theoretically be able to be placed anywhere above this mod and they shouldn't need to be adjacent to each other, but if you are having problems, try placing all three together towards the bottom of your playset.
