PrePass - Kansas

This mod replaces the generic PrePass label with one that would be issued by the Kansas State Department of Transportation.

This one is based on one of the andrei383 originals that I found on the SCS Software Forums. I've kept the QR-like code at the bottom that the SCS Software original PrePass label had and added the appropriate DOT information to it.

Usage: Put it into your mod folder and make sure it is enabled.

These mods replace the sticker that is on the weigh station transponder in the trucks.
Given that there is only one image in the game's files for this, only the last one loaded will work.
I can't make them standalone items given that the transponder is physically part of the truck interiors (at least for the SCS trucks, I can't vouch for any truck mods in this regard).

Do these mods replace the texture, or are they standalone mods? I'm wondering if I can use some from other states at the same time

I just updated this to fix the clipping of the DOT logo on the initial upload.
I've made a new template for my workflow to eliminate this problem going forward.
